When fall roles around, all I begin to do is dream about pie. Last year I was all about making the apple pies, but this year I am on bit of a pumpkin pie making mode.
This year I have more organic apples, and thus I should be making more apple pies, but I am opting to eat apples, and going for making pumpkin pies. I even purchased another pumpkin so I could roast it and turn it into a pumpkin pie. Yes, pumpkin pie is truly on the mind these days, and I will have to tell myself to make a few more apple pies before I galavant off to the store to make a pumpkin pie again.
